For sales tax on orders in California, we must add 8.25% sales tax to gift boxes and nonconsumable items. Food items such as tea are exempt from sales tax. Orders shipped outside of California are exempt from sales tax.
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns on all teaware and gift items purchased from our site. However, we are unable to accept returns involving tea or other edible items. Products must be returned in an unused, undamaged condition in order to receive a full refund. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number to expedite your refund.

Total order weight will differ from actual weight of the products due to shipping materials. We ship all standard packages using UPS Ground.
If orders are placed by 12 noon Monday through Friday, shipping within California
usually takes 2 - 4 business days.
Outside California usually takes 5 - 7 business days.
There is no shipping charge for a gift certificate or card unless you wish it to be sent by two-day delivery, which is available for $8.00.
While every effort will be made for protective packaging, claims for any damages to order must be reported via email within 5 working days.
Shipping and Payment For shipments to Canada please add $15.00 per address, in addition to the regular shipping and handling charge. Call, write or e-mail us for exact shipping charges. Please pay with U.S. money order or credit card issued from a U.S. company.
Rush deliveries for 2 day select are available for an extra charge of $25.00 per package. Next day shipping via FedEx can be arranged - please call us for a price quote.
